Purchase Policy

Simply Tickets is committed to providing an easy and effective way to purchase tickets to local events without having extraordinary costs to the user groups. The following policies are designed to ensure your satisfaction and understand the purchasing agreement.


Currency

Simply Tickets operates exclusively in Canadian Currency.


Payment Methods

Simply Tickets on our website will only accept VISA or Mastercard for payments. If you wish to use Debit, Cash or Cheque (Some exceptions will apply when using cheques) you will have to come to our box office located inside MTech Printing & Signs at 10039 107 St. Westlock, AB. Hours of operation are 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday, closed statutory holidays.


Who Are You Purchasing From

Simply Tickets works as an agent for the promoters of the event. Ticket prices are set by them, collected by Simply Tickets, then the money is forwarded to the organization (minus a commission charge). Tickets that are not sold from Simply Tickets for the event, are not covered by any of this policy. We are responsible to the original purchaser only.


Purchasing and Ordering Process

You must have an account set up with Simply Tickets to purchase from the site. All purchases are tracked to the account that has purchased them. Once you have created an account, you will be able to see the seating chart for the events, where you then choose your seats and add them to your shopping cart. From there, you will be asked for your credit card information which is not stored by Simply Tickets. The information is transferred to Moneris where the credit card transaction is processed. If successful, the tickets for your event will then come up on the screen where you can print them or save them to your device, whichever is best for you.


You can come back to Simply Tickets anytime you wish, log into your account, and see the tickets that you have purchased and reprint or resave them if needed.


Refunds

Typically, all sales are final, but we realize that there are exceptions to every rule. If you have a concern with the purchase of your tickets, please contact us at support@simplytickets.ca or call us at 780-349-6877 Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm closed statatory holidays and we will discuss what has happened and if appropriate, issue a refund. Please note that just having something come up and wanting to return your tickets will most likely not be accepted as a legitimate reason for a refund.


Show Cancellation, or Rescheduling

Simply Tickets is the agent for ticket sales for the events. We will follow the direction of the event organizers as to what they want to do in the event that a date needs to be changed, or an event is cancelled.


Ticket Delivery

Tickets are printed directly from the Simply Tickets website once the purchase has been completed. If you are needing help getting your tickets printed, please come down to our box office located inside MTech Printing & Signs at 10039 107 St. Westlock, AB. Hours of operation are 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday, close statatory holidays.
